Very interesting and thought provoking book。 It is a multidimensional book, covering a broad spectrum of communication on many levels。I don’t have a problem listening, but have much to learn how to validate, listen to understand where the other person is coming from, not interrupt with questions, which I thought was part of being good listener。I highly recommend this book, James did an excellent job in covering so many aspects of conversing and listening。I received a free copy of this book via B Very interesting and thought provoking book。 It is a multidimensional book, covering a broad spectrum of communication on many levels。I don’t have a problem listening, but have much to learn how to validate, listen to understand where the other person is coming from, not interrupt with questions, which I thought was part of being good listener。I highly recommend this book, James did an excellent job in covering so many aspects of conversing and listening。I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review。 。。。more
